The following is a list of Film Transform's projects in development:
SOLDIER
A Vietnam vet turned mercenary becomes disillusioned with soldiering when he discovers that the rebels he is aiding are CIA-backed drug dealers. He goes to college hoping to start a new life, but his past follows him to the campus, forcing him to face his unfinished business.
PRISONER OF WAR
A P.O.W. released from a Cambodian prison returns home to find his family has become a casualty of ghetto drugs and violence. Emotionally burned-out, he buys back his parents' grocery store and tries to get on with his life. Slowly he is pulled into the battle between local citizens and criminals, ultimately pitting him in a fight to the death with the ghetto crime boss, his only surviving brother.
LESSER EVIL
A fashion designer suffers a brutal rape. The cop assigned to the case must withhold from her the reason why her attacker cannot be arrested -- though he continues to stalk her. When she discovers the shocking truth, she finds herself in even more peril because she won't back of in her determination to get justice.
DEADLY REASON
A college police chief pursues a serial killer who preys on student call girls.
CRY OF THE BEAST
A burned-out cop falls in love with the sister of a murder vicitim only to discover that she has a mysterious dark past of her own which may link her to a series of brutal sadomasochistic murders.
CREATURES OF HABIT
A high school kid gets help from a teenage junkie hooker trying to save his wild brother who's become the slave of a crack-dealing vampire.
A HITTER
A neighborhood street fighter destroys challengers while his friends and family relationships explode. His refusal to bow to a vicious crime boss alienates those who once idolized him but now fear retribution.
KINDRED SPIRITS
A girl who's been raised apart from society is forced to attend a local public school. The changes and relationships she makes throw her into conflict with her fiercely independent father, who counts on her to carry on the family's values.
NITTY GRITY
Two unlucky "spec shooters" (people who videotape incidents on the street in hopes of selling the footage to local news stations) and a woman TV reporter mired in fluff news assignments fall into the biggest story in New York.
DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY
A down-on-his-luck hustler, Fast Freddie Willis, saves the life of playboy diplomat Bilko Bwale, who hires him as his bodyguard. Fast Freddie figures to parlay his newfound "diplomatic immunity" into power and riches ... if the kamikaze Bilko doesn't get them killed first.
HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA
After bottoming out in Miami Beach, would-be actor Alex teams up with Flash, a curbside conartist, who teaches him how to survive on the streets by perverting his talents into scamming. Unknown to Alex, Flash is grooming him for a big score that might well spell curtains for Alex.
HOT SAUCE
A vivacious Latina and her two entrepreneurial kids get embroiled with a burned-out suburban ad man, salvaging his career while throwing his family into chaos.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
1965. A blue-collar neighborhood battles to keep out a city-imposed housing project. Amidst street rumbled, draft board scams and general antics, Eddie Baker finds himself drawn to the changing world outside the neighborhood and ultimately has to choose between lifelong friends and following the beat of his own drum.
GREASER FROM SPACE
A greaser from another galaxy flees to Earth and teams up with an old doo-wopper stuck in a dog's body and the New Wave daughter of a 50s teen idol in order to save rock and roll in the universe.
RAE
When her boyfriend Joey gets framed and sent to prison, Rae Marcy stands by her man -- literally! She disguises herself as a man and gets sent to prison so she can protect him.
